Exclusive Resorts Launches Travel Desk for Customized Itineraries

Luxury membership travel club Exclusive Resorts has been expanding its collection of member services. Additions have included new residences in new locations, new luxury hotel partnerships and more Once-in-a-Lifetime Journeys. The latest addition to the repertoire is a custom travel planning service that offers bespoke, personalized itineraries.

Recent Additions

Over the last two years, the club has added more than 30 vacation residences to their portfolio. In addition to new locations like Riviera Maya, Charleston, and Barcelona, the club has expanded their footprint in their existing flagship destinations such as St. Barts, Kapalua, Real del Mar, Los Cabos, Costa Rica, and Scottsdale, and significantly increased their popular European Villa Collection. The club has also introduced seasonal pop-ups in places like Hampton Bays and the historic Ink House in Napa. Through their partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the club has also welcomed nearly a dozen new sought-after destinations, including Montecito, San Miguel Allende, Vienna, Paris, Kona, Washington DC, Dallas, and Bermuda.

Exclusive Resorts launched their “Experience Collection” back in 2008, and last year over 750 members enjoyed more than 35 experiences. These trips ranged from speeding through the picturesque landscape of Europe in a Lamborghini, to enjoying a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour at three Michelin-starred The French Laundry, to ringing in the New Year on a luxury cruise through the Galapagos. Exclusive Resorts likes to say its experience collection has inspired members to make their bucket lists just a bit bigger. This year, members will be embarking on seven different Once-in-a-Lifetime Journeys and another nine have just been announced for 2025 including the popular 'Around the World by Private Jet’.

Expanding its repertoire of member services, Exclusive Resorts has launched the new Travel Desk. This specialized service can craft bespoke travel itineraries that cater to the unique preferences and interests of each member.

Exclusive Resorts partnered with one of the world’s leading luxury travel consultants, Internova's Global Travel Collection (GTC), to create this service just for their members. With a dedicated team of advisors, members get personalized attention while benefiting from the GTC network of 100,000 specialists in more than 80 countries.

The Travel Desk offers a range of planning services, from the initial stages of trip conceptualization to the fine-tuning of every itinerary detail. For instance, whether members just want flights to Europe, or require a 6-bedroom, ocean side private villa with an infinity pool in Thailand, or don’t know what they want at all, the Travel Desk can make it happen.

Extend Club Vacations with The Travel Desk

As part of this service, the Travel Desk can enhance members' vacations by combining the Exclusive Resorts collection of residences, experiences, and hotels with the Travel Desk's capacity to coordinate supplementary services such as flights, train tickets, car services and more for their stay. It is crafted to ensure that travel planning is accessible and enjoyable.

“We wanted to extend our Club stay in Europe for a two-week trip to Italy. The Travel Desk helped us find the best luxury, family-friendly hotels in Rome and Florence and handled our airfare and transportation from start to finish.” Said Christina D, Exclusive Resorts member since 2010.

As part of its current experiences, Exclusive Resorts offers an 11-day cruise aboard a 15-suite explorer yacht that travels deep within Indonesia’s remote Komodo Islands. Members could extend this Indonesian adventure to explore Java's cultural treasures, including Borobudur and Prambanan temples. A bespoke trip could include diving into Raja Ampat's underwater paradise, trekking through Borneo's lush rainforests to encounter orangutans in the wild, or experience the vibrant markets and historic sites of Jakarta.
