The 2027 European Villas Collection at Exclusive Resorts
Exclusive Resorts has updated its European Villas Collection for the 2027 travel season, introducing handpicked multi-bedroom villas and centrally located apartments across Europe. The curated portfolio targets coastal, countryside, and city locations to offer options for both short-term metropolitan stays and longer leisure getaways.
Each year, Exclusive Resorts selects a variety of European Villas, all handpicked for their distinct charm and sense of place. These add to the many travel options that the club offers its members.
Historically known for larger three- to six-bedroom estate homes in secluded coastal or vineyard locations, the collection has adjusted to include two- to three-bedroom premium apartments in prominent urban centers. This addition addresses a growing demand for pedestrian access to regional dining, cultural heritage sites, and retail districts.
New and Notable
The 2027 collection features more than 25 private residences across 15 iconic destinations with several new properties in key leisure markets, focusing heavily on regional authenticity and privacy. Highlights include;
- Amalfi Coast, Italy: The grandeur of Villa Bella in Positano or the intimate charm of Casa Praiano, both with sea views.
- Provence, France: Three distinctive residences, Bastide de St. Remy, Heritage Villa, and Villa Alpilles, consisting of a village townhouse, countryside estate, and contemporary villa. Set in a world of lavender fields and quaint villages.
- Florence, Italy: The addition of the Bella Vista Apartment provides direct views of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, complementing the San Jacopo Apartment located at Hotel Lungarno.
- Prague, Czech Republic: Overlooking the Vltava River, the Cestina Flat offers a sophisticated home base for exploring Prague.
- San Sebastian, Spain: Perfectly positioned near the beach and Old Town, Casa Zurriola and Casa La Concha place members at the center of one of Europe's great coastal cities.

Service Structure and Local Infrastructure
A defining element of the European Villas Collection is the dedicated local hosts who tailor every itinerary to the club member's tastes.
These hosts undergo direct training to align with the club's service standards. They act as regional liaisons who coordinate on-site logistics, arrange private chef services, and secure access to localized excursions - such as private boat charters along the Amalfi Coast, early entry to the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, or guided tours of historical sites like the Old Fortress in Corfu.
