Exclusive Resorts Delivered 19,000 Vacations in 2024
Exclusive Resorts, a members-only club specializing in luxury travel and curated experiences, delivered 19,000 vacations in 2024. The club has expanded its offerings for five consecutive years, adding premier residences and experiences while growing its membership community.

Residences and Experiences
The club manages a portfolio of luxury residential real estate valued at over $1 billion, with more than $750 million in owned assets. In 2024, they added more than 30 new residences, from seven-bedroom homes to luxury hotel suites, in destinations including St. Barts, Napa Valley, Charleston, the Hamptons, and four villas at Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya. In addition to the new acquisitions, the club invested over $40 million in property upgrades over the last five years while developing partnerships with hospitality brands like The Peninsula Hotels and Rosewood Resorts.
The Once-in-a-Lifetime Journeys program grew to 26 custom-curated itineraries in 2024, featuring experiences from Arctic expeditions to private Ferrari drives through Tuscany, with plans to expand by 20% in 2026 due to the record demand. In 2024, the club hosted over 60 members-only events, including a private evening at The French Laundry with award winning chef Thomas Keller and a track day at Monticello Motor Club. Recognizing that member families spend over $100 million annually on travel beyond their Exclusive Resorts membership, the club also launched The Travel Desk in 2024, in partnership with Internova’s Global Travel Collection. In just six months, The Travel Desk has already assisted more than 1,000 members with bespoke global experiences.
"Exclusive Resorts continues to redefine what a luxury lifestyle travel platform looks like," says Steve Case, Chairman & majority owner of Exclusive Resorts. "As the industry continues to evolve, we are driving innovation and expansion—ensuring that Exclusive Resorts remains in a category of its own."
Membership Community
The club welcomed 175 new member families in 2024, maintaining its measured approach to growth. Exclusive Resorts notes that this deliberate expansion maintains the highly personalized service, deep-rooted relationships, and sense of community that distinguish the Exclusive Resorts experience.
The community now includes 4,500+ member families, with an average net worth exceeding $20 million. More than 80% of new members join through personal referrals. This helps to maintain this intimate circle of like-minded peers who share a passion for exceptional experiences and a life well-lived, bringing together Fortune 500 executives, visionary entrepreneurs, Michelin starred chefs, renowned artists and elite athletes.
And, when you look at those 19,000 vacations, this means that on average each family is traveling more than four times a year with the club - clearly an engaged group of travelers.

Leadership and Financial Stability
The clubs Executive Committee members average over 12 years of tenure, while employees average 5 years with the organization – very healthy numbers in the hospitality sector. Exclusive Resorts emphasizes that this continuity, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of the member experience leads to stability, which it says has contributed to the club reporting a 99% member retention rate at year-end 2024.
Over the past five years, through a combination of property appreciation and disciplined debt reduction, the club says it has significantly increased and strengthened its balance sheet producing a low-debt ratio and, surpassing financial targets in 2024.
"With decades of collective experience, our team has built lasting relationships with members, fostering trust and an intuitive understanding of what elevates their lives," says James Henderson, CEO. "That insight has shaped our evolution—from a bold idea into a fully realized lifestyle platform that transcends luxury travel to create deeper connections and richer experiences. And this is just the beginning. As we look ahead, we have exciting plans for further expansion that will continue to redefine what it means to belong to the club."
