FlyExclusive Q2 2026 Results & Growth
In its second-quarter 2026 financial and operational update, private aviation operator flyExclusive generated $111.1 million in revenue, up 22% year over year. It has streamlined its fleet to 80+ light, mid, and super-mid jets and is operating them much more efficiently.
“The second quarter provides clear evidence of how fundamentally this business has changed. The operating model has been rebuilt, and investors should no longer view flyExclusive as a company in transition,” said Jim Segrave, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Jet Club & Growth
The company's Jet Club, its jet card-type product, set a new company record for flight hours in May, while June became the strongest non-holiday sales month in Jet Club history. Based on current sales trends, flyExclusive believes Jet Club membership sales are on pace to reach the highest annual level in company history.
During May, flyExclusive ranked as the largest Part 135 charter operator in North America by both flight count and flight hours, completing more than 4,000 flights and over 7,000 flight hours.
"Everything we're seeing points in the same direction," said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of flyExclusive. "Customers are joining at a faster pace, they're depositing more capital, they're flying more hours, and they're staying engaged with the platform. Those are exactly the indicators we want to see as we continue scaling the business."

$30m Grant for Expansion
The company recently announced that it has secured a $30 million grant from the State of North Carolina to expand its maintenance and repair operation and develop a new pilot training facility at the North Carolina Global TransPark in Kinston. The investment is expected to create more than one hundred new aviation jobs.
The maintenance facilities, which also include state-of-the-art paint, avionics, and refurbishment capabilities, will allow the company to complete substantially more of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on its fleet of aircraft in North Carolina.
Financials
Looking at the full first half of 2026, the fleet refresh and continually improving operating efficiencies led to top- and bottom-line gains. Revenue grew to $207.5m, gross profit margin grew to $41.8m, and adjusted EBITDA was approximately $4.4 million, although the bottom-line net loss was still $14m.
“This is a platform story now, not a turnaround story,” said Brad Garner, Chief Financial Officer. “Today, flyExclusive is reporting the results of executing against its plan: a fleet generating more revenue per aircraft than at any point in our history, a cost structure that has gained operating leverage every quarter, and three consecutive quarters of positive Adjusted EBITDA. The hard work of proving the model is behind us, and the growth is still in front of us.”
