flyExclusive Redesigns Jet Club With Inclusive Pricing

The large private aviation operator, flyExclusive (NYSE American: FLYX), has relaunched its Jet Club - a fixed-rate jet card type product. The redesigned membership eliminates monthly fees, simplifies pricing, and locks in rates for 24 months - providing cost certainty as fuel prices rise.

Fixed Rates

Launched as “Jet Club 2026,” it comes at a time when fuel prices have risen sharply across the aviation industry, driving surcharges and pricing changes in many fractional and jet card programs, as well as on-demand charter.

Against that backdrop, the Jet Club 2026 introduces all-in pricing with no fuel surcharge, and locks in member flying rates for 24 months from the time of deposit.

This structure provides members with a predictable cost framework regardless of short-term movements in fuel markets.

“Our members are seeing volatility everywhere,” said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of flyExclusive. “We made a decision to not pass that through. With Jet Club 2026, what you see is what you pay.”

Key Program Features

As with prior versions of the program, the core charges consist of a daily rate and an hourly occupied rate. This model rewards longer trips or multiple legs within a day, by reducing the overall effective hourly rate for extended flights. The program offers three aircraft categories – light jets, midsize jets and super mids – with each category having its own daily and hourly rates.

Other elements include:

  • No monthly membership fee
  • Evergreen membership
  • No taxi time billing
  • Federal Excise Tax included in all quoted rates
  • No late-night or regional surcharges
  • Deicing included
  • 96-hour standard notice period

There are two membership tiers — Jet Club and Jet Club Plus — with higher-tier Plus members receiving guaranteed access during peak “high-demand” days, whereas Jet Club members can only fly on peak days subject to availability. The program has up to 35 high-demand days per calendar year. The minimum deposit for Jet Club is $100,000, and for Jet Club Plus is $200,000. Prior versions of the program also had a monthly membership fee, and quoted rates exclusive of FET.

The company operates one of the largest private jet fleets in the U.S. with about 100 aircraft, and all Jet Club flights are delivered through this fleet or approved partner operators, maintaining consistent service and safety standards.

“This is a cleaner, more durable version of Jet Club,” said Jim Segrave. “We’ve simplified the program, removed friction, and built something that is easier for our members to use and stay with over time.”

Example Pricing

In the light jet category, such as a 6-seat Citation CJ3, the daily rate is $5,500 and the hourly rate is $5,650. A two-hour flight would cost $16,800 total ($5,500 + 2 x $5,650), including FET and fuel. If that same member flew back the same day, they would just pay for the additional two hours of return flight at $11,300, for an all-in daily cost for four hours of flying of $28,100, equivalent to an effective all-in rate of $7,025 per hour flown.
