flyExclusive Offers Pre-owned Citation XLS+ Fractional Ownership
Private aviation company flyExclusive has reintroduced its Citation XLS+ fractional ownership program. With shares currently available on the popular mid-size jet aircraft.
Citation XLS+
This mid-size jet is the successor to the XLS, which was itself an upgrade from the Citation Excel. The XLS+ has a range of about 1,800 nm and seating for 8, with 80 cu ft of baggage space and satellite-based Wi-Fi connectivity. It is known for its short-runway and hot-and-high performance, which opens access to airports that larger aircraft cannot reach.

XLS+ Fractional Pricing
flyExclusive is offering 1/16 shares, 50hrs per year, for a purchase price of $695K. Unlike most fractional programs, there is no monthly fee, and instead owners pay a daily usage fee of $6,900 plus an hourly occupied rate of $3,800.
These are pre-owned aircraft, and flyExclusive uses its in-house MRO to refurbish the aircraft to flyExclusive fleet standards upon entry into service.
The company operates one of the largest private jet fleets in the U.S., and in 2025 was the third largest private jet operator in North America, measured by departures and hours flown. Fractional owners benefit from flyExclusive's vertically integrated model, with all maintenance, avionics, and refurbishment handled in-house at the company's Kinston, North Carolina campus. It also provides charter and Jet Club membership, which is their jet card type product. In terms of third-party assessments, the company is Platinum rated by ARGUS, is a Wyvern registered operator, and has earned Wyvern's SMS Level 3 Certification.
