Northern Jet Marks 30th Anniversary with New Fractional Pricing on CJ3+ and Challenger 300
In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Northern Jet has announced new lower pricing for two of its most popular fractional jet aircraft - the Cessna CJ3+ and Bombardier Challenger 300. This special offering comes at a time of renewed tax advantages for private aviation buyers, making fractional ownership more accessible and financially attractive than ever.
New 30th Anniversary Pricing
The new prices for 1/16th shares, offering 50 hours of use per year, are:
- Cessna CJ3+ – 1/16th share starting at $537,500
- Challenger 300 – 1/16th share starting at $687,500
The aircraft are not new, with the CJ3 being a 2019 model and the Challenger 300 (below) is a 2006, which was refurbished in 2022.

Enhanced Tax Benefits in 2025
With the return of 100% bonus depreciation for 2025, qualified business buyers can fully depreciate their fractional share in the first year. This provides a compelling financial incentive for those investing in private aviation—whether for corporate travel, or business growth.
“This is a milestone year for Northern Jet, and we’re proud to pair our proven service model with new ownership options that offer both value and versatility,” said Chris Bull, CEO of Northern Jet. “With 100% Bonus Depreciation back for 2025, our clients can benefit not only from the convenience of private aviation—but also from substantial tax savings.”
Fractional Program Features
Some of the key features of Northern Jet’s fractional ownership program include:
