Luxury Private Residence Club is Launched in Asheville, NC

The Asheville Club at 151 is the new private residence club in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Comprised of lavish two and three-bedroom residences it sits atop the new boutique Hotel Indigo.

There are only six Club condos currently available, and each one features gourmet kitchens, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, entertainment centers, private terraces, spa-inspired bathrooms and fine linens.

The residences range from 1,500 to 2,285 square feet and start at $129,000 for a 1/10 deeded ownership interest.
