The Residences Island Gardens Miami, a Yachting Resort, is a private residence club offering the full benefits of luxury vacation ownership at a small portion of the full ownership cost. Owners receive privileged access to Chi, The Spa; a private residence pool; private lounge areas; full butler service; around-the-clock concierge; and chauffeur service with the club’s fleet of luxury sedans. Also, daily housekeeping; pre-arrival grocery shopping; delivery, unpacking and setup of belongings prior to arrival; and packing and storing of personal belongings in a secure, climate-controlled environment upon departure are other premiere services offered to owners.
