I wanted to let you know what a tremendous experience we recently had staying at Chateau Rosine in Provence, France.
Kathryn and I - and our guests, who are longtime Exclusive Resorts members - thought that the house, as well as the attention and service provided by Richard Dreja the destination concierge and the housekeepers, were all exceptional. The house was magnificent, very well-situated and well-appointed, with plenty of room for two families with children. We were very impressed by the little unexpected touches – the very professional housekeeping support, the fact that Richard had gone out of his way to cater so well to our guests who have a gluten-free diet, the provision of teddy bears, crayons and drawing books for the children, being provided with a French mobile phone so we could easily contact Richard, having a present delivered by Richard to one of the children who was having a birthday, his organization of chefs and masseurs, and the willingness of Richard to be available throughout the holiday to provide advice and assistance. The service and attention was flawless in so many ways and made the trip so much enjoyable. He is to be congratulated, and kudos to you for sourcing such an awesome house.
Now after having two Inspirato experiences (Aspen and Provence), I am beginning to see that the Inspirato experience and advantage may be in its very accommodating and helpful destination concierges as well as the professional Vacation Advisors. Holly was terrific getting us all set up with the house and providing early planning advice!
The Carroll Family are members of Inspirato.
