The 3 bedroom,  4.5 bathroom villas range in size from 4,500 to 5,000 sq ft. Each fully furnished Villa is located next to the Grand Del Mar luxury resort.

These 8 villas are offered on a 1/10 ownership basis, which guarantees 35 days per year. Ownership starts at $400,000 with maintenance fees of $10,500 per year. Each owner has two fixed weeks each year. Owners are provided with membership of the Grand Golf CLub as part of their annual dues.
