We've been coming to Telluride every chance we get for many years. This summer we spent our first weeks at Tristant. While we always have enjoyed the great restaurants of Telluride, this trip we ate almost all of our meals at home at Tristant. Here we could enjoy our meal (cooked in the well-equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill) while -- most importantly -- looking at the beautiful views of the mountains. We also enjoyed waking up to mountain views from our master suite. It was the view that sold us on Tristant. We can't wait to return in winter to see the same scenery covered with snow. We brought our new puppy to Tristant this summer. What a convenient place to bring your new best friend! When he needed to go out, we could let him out the front or back immediately -- no need to walk long halls or wait for elevators. When he needed exercise, great hiking trails were right outside our door. And when he needed a bath after chasing through the mud and water, we could hook up a hose in the garage and wash him off with warm water. Soon we'll bring him back and see how he likes to run in the snow -- we can't wait!
