Snowbird is in the Wasatch mountains, just 29 miles from Salt Lake City, and each year it receives more than 500 inches of snow.

The Mt Superior Residence Club is offering 1/8 deeded ownership of its three- and four- bedroom mountain residences, giving owners at least 45 days of usage each year.

Owners can enjoy ski valets, a spa, tennis, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking as well the champagne powder.

Each residence has rich furnishing, fabrics, colors and textures inspired by the natural environs.
