Villa Serena in July

This was our third short vacation since joining Lusso in April and like the other two (La Jolla-terrific and Scottsdale-beautiful and hot) we enjoyed every minute. The problem seems to be that the homes are so nice to be in, you don't want to leave and enjoy the activities. Besides the time in the pool, we did play golf at Naples Grand, a great course that Sarah got us on. We also went flyfishing in the mangroves and what a blast that was! We did a half day and caught fish from the time we hit the water until we left. We caught red fish, snook, jack and tarpin. Can't remember the guide service but Sarah can get you "hooked up". All of Sarah's restaurant recommendations were wonderful--Chops City Grill was great and so was USS Nemo for seafood (don't let the store front scare you away). Once you master the media system, the music and movies are almost unlimited. Our only problem the intire trip was a thunderstorm perched over Naples Municipal on our arrival. I had to divert to Ft. Meyers about 20 minutes North. The town car service was monitoring our flight and actually met us in Ft. Meyers as we were landing. You gotta love that LUSSO SERVICE!
Outstanding, all-around!

Villa Serena is a gorgeous home in a fabulous location! The beach is a short block away, but the home's pool and spa are a great spot to simply relax and enjoy the great Florida sun!

Sarah was fabulous with offering suggestions, making dinner reservations and making our 5 days an excellent mini-vacation!

We dined at Trilogy, Tommy Bahama and Campiello while we were there -- all are highly recommended! There is great shopping on 5th, and a Starbucks there that is a great excuse for a brisk morning walk!

When we looked at the weather forecast prior to leaving home, I was sad to see rain predicted every day we were to be in Naples. However, we were blessed with great weather, and only afternoon showers that lasted about an hour or two, but quickly cleared up! Don't let the forecast dampen your vacation... the rain is short-lived and actually a welcome "cooling" break!
