Just got back from the Sandpiper house on Anguilla, and what an incredible trip. The house has the most fantastic, relaxing views of St. Maarten, and the open air living/kitchen/pool area is perfect for large or small groups. The bedrooms are huge and offer great views, and comfort in true Lusso style. Rent a car ($50/day) and tour the island, but remember to stay left! Two great restaurants we tried were "Strawhat" and "Veya"...both with very good food, and beautiful ambience. Strawhat is a "must do" and sits over the water, while Veya is inland and surrounded by palms. Kudos to our newest concierge, Delphine...she represents an island full of wonderful locals with a smile, grace, and charm. While travelling to Anguilla means another connection for most, it is well worth the trip. Thanks Delphine!
