The Club portfolio of twelve homes in North Lake Tahoe includes something for everyone. Choose from large single-family homes in either Northstar or Squaw Valley USA, or luxury condominiums with a full suite of resort amenities in the new development of Village at Northstar in the Great Bear Lodge. Either way, your concierge is on hand to provide everything from pre-arrival groceries to lift tickets and tee times. We plan to offer additional residences at Trailside at the Highlands, Lake Tahoe, which will offer spectacular views from every residence.

Each spacious open-plan residence features a generously sized stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen and hardwood floors. The Great Bear Lodge residences are ski-in/ski-out, while our single-family homes are five minutes from the Northstar or Squaw Valley ski areas.
