Carnegie Abbey Club is a private sporting estate and golf club founded by Peter de Savary, the English entrepreneur and sportsman. The club is situated on 450 acres of wooded land along the shores of Narragansett Bay. Carnegie Abbey is not open to the public, but we have secured access to this extraordinary facility for members of Exclusive Resorts. Members enjoy full privileges of Carnegie Abbey Club, including access to the exceptional links-style golf course, an equestrian center with scenic trails (and pony rides for the kids) and a private marina with boat charters available.
Our five residences at Carnegie Abbey include Golf House residences at the heart of Carnegie Abbey’s club facilities and single-family 4-BR homes with large private pools, gourmet kitchens and media rooms. All of the residences offer fieldstone fireplaces, hardwood floors and tastefully luxurious New England décor. And all, of course, have full access to the amenities that make Carnegie Abbey Club so desirable.
Our Golf House residences are cozy condominium-style homes located within the Carnegie Abbey clubhouse. Our single-family residences are large luxury homes a short distance from the clubhouse.
Average residence size: Two, three and four bedroom residences with an average of 1,300 square feet for the Golf House residences and an average of 3,200 square feet for the single family residences.
