The Private Residence Club offers 4 weeks (1/13 shares) of fractional ownership starting from about $50k. The club has a "Try Before You Buy" program which allows you to stay either 4 nights during the week or 3 nights on weekends for $100 per night in a 2-bedroom villa or $150 per night in a 3-bedroom villa. If you purchase during your stay the club will cover the accommodation expenses and airfare expenses up to $1,000.
