The Markers Club is designed for golf purists. The club provides:
- One complimentary round of golf per day while in residence
- Private golf instruction from top professionals

- Demo golf clubs of all brands
- PGA event passes
- Custom club fitting
The club has 4 levels of membership Links, Individual, Partner for four friends, and Corporate for business entities. The memberships are summarized in the table below:

There is a $250 nightly fee for space available usage.
The club places 10% of all member deposits into a resignation fund to allow for easy resignation if desired.
