Description Portofino Destination Clubs filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in May 2008.
Signature Collection was one of 3 distinct destination clubs by Portofino. The other two clubs were the Portofino Collection and the Continental Collection.
Members could make advanced reservations which could be booked up to a year in advance and space available reservations were booked within 30 days of travel. For all the reservations there was a minimum of two nights.
The club offered two types of membership. For more details read the appREciation article below. The clubs goal was to keep its occupancy ratio below 70%.
