Description

Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World, offers a variety of individual membership plans with usage of 10 to 60 nights, and also offers corporate plans with 45 or 60 nights usage. They will cap the club at 800 full membership equivalents – a maximum of 1,000 total members.

Members receive a host of member privileges at each home location including special access to private golf clubs, restaurants, clubs and other amenities and enjoy membership in The Leading Hotels of the World’s Leaders Club, with a customized level of benefits, at no additional cost. Members also have access to anytime, anywhere concierge services, whether they are traveling within or outside of the Club or even in their home town.

Members enjoy 80+ residences with an average home value of over $4 million in more than 30 international resort and city destinations. Home size averages 4,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. (1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. for city properties).

Members pay a one-time deposit and annual dues based on the type of membership plan desired. Initial deposits vary between $140,000 and $525,000 and annual dues vary between $11,775 and $70,650. The deposit is completely refundable during the first year and 75 percent refundable after that.
