Description
AS OF 2008, PRIVATE ESCAPES MERGED WITH ULTIMATE RESORTS TO CREATE ULTIMATE ESCAPES.
Private Escapes had 3 distinct club levels. Members joined one of the clubs and then had limited reciprocity rights to use the properties in the other clubs - this is still the case under the new merged club. Outlines of the three clubs, with membership fees for individuals, are shown below:

Each club also had a corporate/extended family plan, which has similar pricing to the above, but limits usage to 40 nights per year.
Members have unlimited usage rights for their club and occupancy levels average 50% or less.
