The Guide to Shared Luxury Property

The PGA Tour Club Adds Two New Homes

This new golfing destination club was launched earlier this year as a partnership between the PGA and the folks behind the destination club Quintess LRW. Since opening the club has added new homes at golf courses in South Dakota and California.

Sutton Bay, is one of the nation's finest and most distinctively handsome golf, hunting and fishing resorts. The 4,500-acre property offers rustic yet refined lodging complemented by first-class amenities and inspiring outdoor adventures. Club members have access to a cozy yet spacious, secluded four-bedroom, four-bathroom lodge. A perfect option for a foursome or families.

The shores of Lake Oahe are just footsteps away, providing for some of the best fresh water fishing on the continent and unparalleled game hunting. The Main Lodge, 300 feet above the lake, fulfills its role as the focal point of all activities. The dining room and lounge feature large fieldstone fireplaces built from stone acquired on the ranch. There is also a fully stocked pro shop onsite.

Sutton Bay, which is a private club, is home to a magnificent Graham Marsh design and is ranked No. 85 of the “Top Golf Courses in America” by Golf Magazine. Sculpted from the dramatic landforms carved over eons by what is now the Missouri River, this 7,200-yard, par-72, championship course represents one of America's most unique and unforgettable golf challenges.

CordeValle, California

Secluded in the foothills of northern California’s Santa Cruz Mountains, CordeValle is an extraordinary resort that incorporates the best of the area – natural beauty, an award-winning winery and dramatic championship golf. Regarded as one of the most remarkable golf retreats in the country, CordeValle has garnered prestigious accolades across the board – from Condé Naste Traveler’s “Top 100 Golf Resorts Worldwide” (#13), to Golf Digest’s “America’s 50 Best Golf Courses” (#14), to Golf Magazine’s “Top 100 Courses You Can Play.” With exclusive privileges for Tour Club Members, the resort is a golf lover’s dream.

Club members can stay in one of the resort’s luxury accommodation options: either The Fairway Homes or The Bungalows. The two-bedroom Fairway Homes are located on-course and are spacious, inviting homes perfect for group getaways. The two-bedroom Bungalows are on a hillside overlooking the #9 fairway and offer an elegant design ideal for intimate retreats.

The PGA Tour Club provides members with access to the TPC network of courses, unique “behind the ropes” golfing experiences as well as accommodation at the clubs homes. Members also have reciprocal access to the homes of sister club Quintess, LRW.
