New York Homes Added to Solstice Collection
The Solstice Collection has just added two ultramodern New York homes to its luxury portfolio of $6.5m residences. These all glass homes have floor to ceiling windows with protected views of the Hudson River and the Hudson River park.
Located in the West Village with its boutiques and high end restaurants, the homes have Italian Molteni kitchens, stocked wine cellars, radiant heated floors and large terraces facing both north and south.
One apartment is a roomy 2,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The second is a spacious 1,400 square foot one bedroom. Having a three bedroom apartment in a major city is quite unusual for a destination club. Most of the club homes in places like New York and London are one or two bedroom apartments, with larger three, four and five + bedroom homes offered in mountain, leisure and beach locations. The three bedroom apartment means that the members of Solstice will be able to entertain guests or extended family in New York, something that many destination club members like to do, but normally can only do at the out of city locations.
Several destination clubs have homes in New York including Quintess, LUSSO, Ultimate Resort, Exclusive Resorts, High Country and M Private Residences. For examples of the homes in New York see our New York homes directory.
We also recently published a Luxury Travel Guide to New York with ideas on things to do and see while in the city.
