M Private Residences is an equity destination club, in which the members join by buying one of the shares in the table below. All the clubs properties are owned by the company in which the members buy shares, so the members initial fee has a good asset backing. Originally the club had just two classes of shares and both classes of shares have increased in value since the club was founded in 2004.

The Long Term Reservations are bookings between 91 and 720 days in the future. The Short Term Reservations are bookings between 31 and 90 days in the future. Most members can book on a space available basis within 30 days.

The homes have averaged an occupancy rate of only 40%, and the club maintains a members to home ratio of 6:1, so that as a member you should be able to go to the destination you want when you want to travel. The club plans to cap its membership at 500 members.

Homes vary from a 2 bedroom apartment in New York City to 4 bedroom, 5,000 sq. ft homes.
