M Private Residences recently announced the increase of its property portfolio to 15, with the completion of their custom-built luxury vacation home in the heart of the Bear Mountain Golf Course community.

Located 20 minutes outside of Victoria, British Columbia, M's newest home is 3,600 square feet with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and features views as far as downtown Victoria and beyond out to Juan de Fuca and the gulf islands.

The furniture and interiors of the home highlight the property's cozy mountainside existence and include native art accents and accessories throughout. The exterior features dual-sided grand outdoor decks, ideal for catching late evening sunsets on the water, and complete with a private outdoor spa and fire pit.

The Bear Mountain resort community mimics a charming colonial village, complete with quaint boutiques, coffee houses, bistros and spa facilities. The members of M Private Residences will be granted exclusive playing privileges at the Bear Mountain Golf and Country Club as well as full access to the Mountainside Athletic Club facility. The Golf Club currently offers one Jack Nicklaus designed course with another Nicklaus course due to open in 2008. This use of local sports, athletic and spa facilities is a common feature of destination club homes in resort communities.
