The Guide to Shared Luxury Property

Introducing Lady Quintess - a Floating Destination Club Home

Sailor hats and boat shoes fly off storeroom shelves as Quintess members prepare for their voyages on Lady Quintess, a Viking Sport Cruiser 70' Motor Yacht. On February 29, 2008 members can set sail and explore the Eastern Seaboard from Hyannis and Annapolis to Miami Beach and the Florida Keys.

Lady Quintess YachtSleeping Quarters

Each stateroom is equipped with flat screen televisions, DVD players and stereos. Additionally, the master stateroom offers views of the sea through plentiful water-line windows. The master also has ample hanging storage, make-up area and large in-suite head.

Social Spaces
