The Hideaways Club Expands Portfolio
The luxury second home fund, or fractional property club, Hideaways has been very busy adding new homes for its 100 owner/members. Over the past 6 months the club has opened seven homes around the world.
Asian VillasThe company has recently added two spectacular new properties to its expanding Far East programme on the beautiful islands of Bali and Phuket.

There are full time staff on hand at all times and the property is in close proximity to a world class golf course, famous surfing beaches, excellent local restaurants and is ideally located to explore the island and experience the rich Balinese culture.
The Phuket property is positioned on the Layan Estate on the northern end of the island in a beautiful gated community that offers privacy, tranquillity and security with one of the islands finest beaches, Layan beach, a five minute walk away. The villa offers four large en suite bedrooms, open plan living and dining rooms, a children's room and a large private pool. An additional benefit is a 34' powerboat available at a special rate for guests' usage only a 20 minute drive away.
The villa has full time staff to take care of every requirement. Phuket, Thailand is famous for world class diving and snorkelling facilities and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are close by. The internationally famous Pang Na Bay with its 42 islands is a short drive away.
South African HomesLocated on the Arabella and Steenberg golf estates, amongst the finest and most beautiful golf courses in South Africa, are two beautiful properties which offer a wonderful holiday experience for all the family.

The beautiful Steenberg Estate villa, home of the famous Steenberg Hotel and Spa, is located on the outskirts of Cape Town within the Constantia Valley wine route. The house is a modern, luxurious three bedroom three bathroom property that provides open plan living, verandas ideal for entertaining, a large private swimming pool in its own garden and is adjacent to a magnificent 18 hole championship golf course. With spectacular views to the nearby mountains the villa is within a few miles of some of Cape Town's most beautiful beaches and a 60 minute drive to the internationally renowned wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. The estate itself boasts a modern winery producing some of the country's finest award winning wines. Guests can also enjoy all the facilities that the estate offers and the villa is in close proximity to a number of shops and fine restaurants in the area.
French & Swiss Ski ChaletsIn time for the upcoming ski season the club has recently added a further three stunning chalets in Chamonix, France and Nendaz, Switzerland.

Each chalet is equipped with open plan living areas, some with underfloor heating, and modern fully equipped kitchens, internet access, flat screen TV, DVD players, Bose and iPod music systems and traditional log fireplaces. Other activities available during the winter season include paragliding, skating and dog sled driving.
Hideaways Club has one of the most diverse geographic spreads of homes amongst the destination clubs and fractional clubs. It estimates that members pay an annual cost, which represents a 60% discount to market villa rentals, while at the same time the members own the properties (with their ownership share pro-rated to the type of membership). The Club currently has in excess of 25 luxury villas in three continents with a combined value in excess of $50m.
