Exclusive Resorts Opens Sea Island Homes

This barrier island, off the Georgia coast, is the new location for the latest additions to Exclusive Resorts portfolio of luxury vacation homes.

The destination club has built 20 four-bedroom homes for its members. Each 3,700 square-foot residence has exposed beam ceilings and two-story great rooms, complemented by quintessentially southern features including screened dining porches, summer kitchens and enclosed gardens with heated private pools.

The homes are located adjacent to the historic Cloister Hotel and just steps from the Sea Island Beach Club, Mobil Five-Star Cloister Spa & Fitness Center, the resort tennis facility, and all the gourmet restaurants and other amenities on Sea Island. The Island has won numerous awards, Golf digest ranked the courses as number 1, and there is horseback riding, kayaking excursions, ballroom dance instruction and private in-residence wine tastings. While the children's program includes nature walks, arts and crafts, Junior Golf & Tennis Clinics, fishing and crabbing.

As the largest club Exclusive Resorts now provides over 400 homes in 37 destinations for its members. In addition the club offers a range of Once in Lifetime trips which it varies each year. As a little insight into the profile of the members, they come from 49 states and 26 countries. Two thirds have school age children and one third are empty nesters.
