Description
Botiga is an ultra luxury equity destination club based in the UK. The founding team are also the founders of the luxury ski chalet company, Descent and so have significant experience in the high end hospitality business. Several Descent properties will be made available to the founding members. The club will have three types of residences:
- Botiga Retreats - fully staffed, private, spacious residences
- Botiga Lodges - boutique, members-only hotels, in unique locations
- Botiga City Retreats - apartments in urban locations
Each "Retreat" has a resident manager who runs a full complement of professionally trained staff including chef, chauffeur, housekeeper and maids. The club has delayed its launch until property markets start to stabilise.
Members use the home using a points system which varies by season and by home.
