The Guide to Shared Luxury Property

BelleHavens Fall Joining Incentive

BelleHavens equity destination club is offering new members who join before September 15 a "True Luxury BelleHavens Experience". The club will create and plan a dream vacation to a BelleHavens destination of your choice and pay for up to $10,000 of your expenses.

BelleHavens Cabo Master

The "True Luxury Experience" can be redeemed at anytime during your first year of membership, including this fall and winter, and can even be spread across multiple vacations during this first year. Expenses that could be covered include first-class airfare, in-home massage or chef services, limousine rides or whatever you envision your dream vacation to include.

BelleHavens offers a couple of suggestions for this experience:

New Year's in Paris and Monte Carlo: Whisk your loved one away for a surprise trip to Paris and Monte Carlo for a once-in-a-lifetime romantic New Year's celebration. Fly first-class to Paris and spend several night's over New Year's in Stein's Le Colbert, where fresh flowers and champagne will be waiting for you when you arrive. Fine dining, New Year's celebrations and shopping along the Champs Elysees. Then fly over to Monaco for another exciting adventure at the Port Palace Hotel in Monte Carlo. Enjoy spa treatments and a luxury rental car during your stay.
New York City for Thanksgiving: Fly first-class to New York City for Thanksgiving to stay in the BelleHavens apartment, steps away from the parade route of the famous Thanksgiving Day Parade. After the parade, enjoy a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner prepared by a private chef. On Friday, lunch at the famous Stage Deli and attend an evening Broadway play performance. On Saturday consider strolling 5th Avenue and dinner at Tavern on the Green overlooking central park. Conclude your evening with a tour of the Park via horse-drawn carriage with steamy cups of hot chocolate.

BelleHavens has several membership plan levels, starting from 15 nights for an initial fee of $125,000 and annual dues of $9,000. The initial fee is refundable at 90% of the current rate should you resign.

Several of the destination clubs offer joining incentives at various times during the year. For instance Ultimate Resort is currently offering double American Express rewards points. If you're looking at joining a club it's well worth asking if there are any current joining incentives.
